Our Kingston location offers cosmetic tattooing, permanent makeup and other related services by a NYC-licensed cosmetic tattoo artist and derma-technician, performed with a numbing anesthetic.
These treatments are different than standard body tattooing because they are meant to have a subtle look, while using pigment that will gently heal. Multiple procedures are common with cosmetic tattooing, with the second visit scheduled as early as one month after the first.
Permanent Makeup Treatment areas include:
Eyeliner (Top Only): $300
Eyeliner (Bottom Only): $200
Eyeliner (Both): $400
Eyelash Enhancement (Top Only): $200
Eyelash Enhancement (Bottom Only): $150
Eyelash Enhancement (Both): $300
Beauty Mark Revision: $50 for 1, $75 for 2
Touchups: $80 (one touchup included in all procedures)

The pigment will fade 20% lighter when healed. However, once the healing period is over (up to 1 month) the pigments will heal to look natural. The results will generally last up to 3 years. A numbing anesthetic is applied before and during the procedure. As a precaution, cosmetic tattooing will not be performed on pregnant or nursing women. Final results cannot be guaranteed as each unique skin type holds pigment differently & will break down at different rates. Alcohol and certain medications act as blood-thinners and should not be taken prior to and following your appointment. If you have been on prescription Accutane in the past, you MUST wait at least one year before considering this procedure. It is highly recommended that you avoid SUN and TANNING BED exposure for 30 days BEFORE and AFTER your procedure. Sun exposure will greatly soften the appearance, so sunblock is recommended to use after it is fully healed. If you are planning a chemical peel, laser treatment or other medical procedure, please inform the technician that you have had a cosmetic tattoo. Careful application must be taken to avoid affecting the tattooed area.
